Artgym is the name we give to our large-scale arts-based events. Artgym is a highly engaging, collaborative, arts-based work-out that takes people through the practice of different creative mediums to reach a shared result. Participants bring their own experiences as well as drawing upon the experiences of others to understand each other, express themselves, articulate ideas and produce creative outcomes together.
As well as delivering Artgym events for corporate organisations we deliver Artgym events for local cummunities on a not-for-profit basis. Artgym is also a highly effective and engaging way for organisatons to give back to deserving communities.
