With an education as Engineer and MBA in France, Germany and United Kingdom, Stefan is licensed to use the Myers-Briggs type indicator (MBTI®) as well as the LIFO®-Method.

Over the last decade he has worked with 2700+ participants in places such as the US, UK, India, China Finland, France and Switzerland among many others. He speaks fluent German and English, and has a working knowledge of French and Italian.

Most recently he aided in the development and implementation of a tailor made Learning and Development program for an interantional IT Group in Germany, following on from experience as a Senior Lead facilitator, Coach and Trainer for Leadership skills, sales and project management.
