Chrissie passionately believes that the way people feel, behave and interact with each other significantly impacts their success. She loves ‘outstanding’ results and enjoys getting to know people and their organisations so she is driven to help them be ‘outstanding’ by finding purpose, authenticity, and passion – so that individually and collectively they understand who they are, what they want, why it matters and how they’ll succeed! She focuses particularly on helping individuals and teams develop visions and plans, management and leadership capability, team effectiveness, and people engagement and potential.

Having spent the last 10 years in a number of senior HR and Learning & Development positions, working within dynamic, fast growing international businesses in the Technology, Telecoms and Online Travel & Retail industries – including Sun Microsystems, Orange, and lastminute.com, Chrissie is an experienced manager, group facilitator, coach, project leader and organisation development consultant.

Her achievements include developing and implementing business relevant learning strategies and plans to support considerable business growth and performance. A recent example of her work includes the design, launch and co-facilitation of an integrated management & leadership development programme for all levels of management at ASOS – putting self awareness, personal style and impact, communication, collaboration and innovation at the heart of the company.

A Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Hogan Personality Assessments Practitioner, Chrissie also has experience of various 360 degree feedback tools, and is completing the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) Co-Active Coaching Curriculum and Certification Programme. She’s a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD), is a CIPD award winner for ‘outstanding performance and contribution’, achieved ‘Distinction’ in her Masters Degree in Personnel Management and has a BSc Degree in Sociology & Psychology.
